How do I download files from multiple events?

Note: This feature is property-specific and only available to Full Administrators

Step 1:

Enter your Home page by either logging in or selecting the Home icon at the top of the page.

Step 2:

If you have the correct permissions to access to this feature, you will see the option 'All Documents' displayed above your account options in the centre of the page.

Step 3:

Select this option to enter the 'Global Documents' index.

Step 4:

If you need to search for specific documents, you can search and sort your documents by title, date, event title, property title and conversation area by using the sort and filter options available at the top of the index.

Step 5:

Select the files you wish to download by clicking the tick icon adjacent to the file listed. 


If you wish to select all documents currently shown on the grid, click on the 'Select All' option. If you have access to more documents than those currently shown on the grid and wish to download them, choose the following 'Select All' option displayed on the green banner across the top of the page.

You can select as few or as many files as you wish, and if you make a mistake simply select the corresponding tick icon again. You can also clear all of your current selections by selecting the 'Clear All' option at the top of the page.

Step 6:

To begin downloading your selected documents, click on the 'Download' option found at the top right of the page. When selected, your browser will download a single compressed file that contains all of your selected documents.

Step 7:

Simply select to extract your files from the .zip file (when downloaded) using your preferred .zip file extractor, and all of the documents will be un-archived into a timestamped folder for you.
